Ciara Meyer is a 12 year old girl who attended Susquenita Middle School before being killed by a Pennsylvania Constable.

On January 11th, 2016, a Pennsylvania constable come to Meyer's home with an eviction notice.

Meyer's father had been two months behind on rent and owed more than $1000 to his landlord.

In response, Meyer's father threatened the constable with a fully loaded shotgun, prompting the constable to open fire on him.

While the constable only struck his arm, the bullet had gone through and struck Ciara, who has hiding behind her father.

Multiple interviews remembered Ciara as a very kind and sweet little kid.
