Education & Career
Judge McKeon earned his bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University and his J.D. from the University of Montana in 1975. [1]
Before working for the 17th District Court McKeon worked as a Phillips County attorney and also as a partner in the Malta law firm of Bosch, Kuhr, Dugdale and McKeon.
He has served as District 17 judge since being appointed in 1993.

In October 2016, McKeon came under public Scrutiny j, after he waived a Prison sentence for a man convicted of Sexually assaulting his 12-year-old daughter.
