Josh Porter is a venture capitalist operating out of Los Angeles, California. He is a managing partner of Reimagined Ventures. Josh is also a Speaker for the Youth Business Alliance . ^{[4] [0]}

Josh graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in economics. He went on to Columbia Business School to earn his MBA in finance. ^[1]

Josh started his career as an Analyst for Goldman Sachs before moving into equity capital markets at SAC Capital. He spent five years there before heading back to Goldman Sachs to work in investment management.

Afterwards, Porter jumped into the world of venture capitalism, working as Director at early stage venture capital firm, WPSChallenger.

He then left to become a Venture Capital Investment Professional at Magnetar Capital. ^[5]

Josh's next gig was at the Paragon Academy of Compton where he was Board Member, Treasurer, and Head of Finance Committee.

Porter spent the next two years as Board Observer for mobile communication company, Nucleus.

Porter then had a chance to expand his repertoire when he became a Board Observer for next generation sports entertainment company, Thuuz Sports.

He went on to become a Board Observer for Canvs TV, a language analytics company that maps and measures emotions surrounding content.
