John Lamb III is a resident of La Vergne, Tennessee. He is known for being the rapist of a child. [1] The child was a relative, and when he was caught in the act, he fled the scene. He faces the following charges: 4 counts of Aggravated assault, Aggravated assault with a weapon, aggravated rape, incest, evading arrest, resisting arrest, and retaliation for past action.
On February 4, 2016, Lamb was caught in the act by a relative and fled quickly fled the scene. The relative told police that sometime before midnight they caught the suspect molesting a girl inside a home on Dollar Drive in the Cedar Glen trailer park and dialed 911, said Officer John Fesmire. Officers have not released the girl's age. Police responded to the home where the reported sexual assault took place and identified the suspect as 36-year-old John Lamb III, Fesmire said.
A few hours later, he was caught by La Vergne Police Department. An hour before the arrest, Lamb was placed in the 10 top most wanted list for his terrorist threats and assault charges that he had accumulated.
Lamb was spotted walking down Old Nashville Highway by officers with the La Vergne police department, and they were able to take him into custody with help from Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
