Joanne Steed-Takasaki is a Stress Management Consultant and Motivational Speaker, and the owner of JOSTA Consulting, Inc. She has had the opportunity of presenting extensively in both business and education settings, and has worked with such businesses as the Mirage Hotel and Casino and the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Joanne has a passion for health and wellness, and a mission to help others achieve knowledge, balance and success in their lives.

She has her Master's Degree in Education, Associate Diplomas from Trinity College in London, England, Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta and the Conservatory at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario.

She has a love of learning, and is continually engaged in new courses and seminars.
