Jim Clay Harper is an international graffiti artist.

Harper has charges outstanding in the United States and is serving a 6 month sentence in Melbourne, Australia, starting on May 29, 2016.

Harper and his girlfriend Danielle Bremner came to Australia from the U.A.E. on April 21, 2016.

The pair are a member of the international graffiti organization, Made U Look.

Harper uses the tag Ether and Bremner uses Utah, so their work is signed "UTAHETHER".

Harper and his partner were attempting to cover Melbourne in graffiti and are nicknamed "Graffiti Bonny and Clyde".

The pair vandalized a train in addition to other locales of Melbourne.

After placing stickers in some shops and getting caught the pair ran off and were pursued.

Harper destroyed the man's camera as he tried to take a picture of them.

Harper was defended by Adrian Lewin who asserted this was not vandalism but a hobby.

The Magistrate ruled against this statement and assigned Harper 6 months in jail plus the requirement to repay $1595.80 in damages to the train company and $280 to the man whose property they destroyed.

Bremner escaped Australia to Hong Kong.
