Jhose Adolfo Quisocala Condori is a Peruvian kid-Entrepreneur known internationally for creating his own bank at the age of 7 years old. The bank is called Banco Del Estudiante Bartselana, and it has created an international recognized financial system. [1] He has won awards for his entrepreneurial spirit and innovation from many countries and organizations, including national and international.
Biography
Schools
José has attended several schools and is currently in his first year of high school.
His first school was the Educational Institution No. 40001 "Luis H. Bouroncle".
He was a student there since the 1st to the 4th grade in primary Education.

During the second grade, José began to have ideas about the economic status of the school and his classmates.
As Joseph says in his own words:
"When I was seven years old, when I was mayor in my school, I learned about my school's problems, I realized that my classmates spent their money buying figurines to fill albums that ended up on the floor and contaminated my school. that there were children who did not have supplies and other needs, and so with the help of my teachers we knew that something could be done." [10]
Jose, with the help of administrators and other teachers, started the financial project with an eco-efficient spirit to broaden the perspective of saving and protecting assets for his students.
Estados Unidos
After being at Luis H. Bouroncle, José traveled to the United States to be part of ThunderBird University.
The school gave him lessons in business management.
The program is called, DreamBuilder, and was part for one year in 2014.
When he returned to Peru, José was part of the Peruvian Schools Innova Schools of Arequipa 1.

José is a student at Liceo Naval Almirante Guise, and he is in his first year.
During his first year in high school he was nominated for the International Peace Prize Ambassador of the Global Movement "Global Money Week", for the Americas and the Caribbean region.
First Bank
The operation of the Bartselana Student Bank is simple.
The bank collects solid waste from its customers, which are sold to a wastebasket, where they are transformed into toilet paper.
The money from the sale goes to the child's account and can only be used when it reaches its savings goal.
The withdrawal of this cash can only be made by the client and not their parents.
Jose says the following about the creation of the bank:
