Disappearance & Death
On Friday, January 12, 2018, Moussa was last seen after she left her house at about 4:15 p.m. local time.
Her twin sister stated Jholie stopped to text someone before she left.
After she stops, she says, "I have to go, I'll be back real quick."
Both girls had told their parents that there were spending the night at friends' houses.
Nobody grew concerned until the next day when Jholie did not come home.
Investigation
On Friday, January 26, 2018, a body was found less than a mile from the home of Moussa.
The body was discovered in Woodlawn Park in the 4800 block of Manor Drive in Alexandria.
Homicide and crime scene detectives are processing the scene and are still working to identify the body.
Authorities stated Moussa's body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Manassas for official identification.
Investigators stated they were able to tentatively identify Moussa by the appearance of the body and by a tattoo.
