Jessica Dunbar is a server at Red Robin in Gemini Place, North Carolina.

Dunbar's father is a retired Blendon Township police officer.

On April 20th, 2016 she paid for the meals of police officers who came in after the funeral of Steven Smith.

She left them a message on a napkin saying:
