Jessica Baez-Denson is an American former Donald Trump Campaign staffer who is suing for employment discrimination and defamation. [1]
Personal Life

Denson is a resident of Los Angeles, California who has also lived in several cities in Southern United States as well as the East Coast. [1] She is currently working full-time in a lawsuit against the Donald Trump presidential campaign where she is representing herself.

After high school, she went on to attend George Washington University where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Spanish. [1]
She was at George Washington’s School of Media & Public Affairs and worked on the university’s news station, GW-TV.
She was also the host of “White House Weekly.”
She also wrote for the student newspaper, the GW Hatchet.
Career
During and after High School, she was an interned at CNN.
She received the Gridiron Scholarship at GW and interned on CNN’s “The Situation Room” with Wolf Blitzer, which she hoped at the time would lead to a full-time job with CNN.
Acting

Since graduating in 2007, she became a part of several short film projects.
In 2015 HBO mini-series Show Me a Hero. She played Gail Wasicsko, the sister-in-law of former Yonkers Mayor Nick Wasicsko, played by Oscar Isaac. David Simon wrote the docu-drama.
Denson also has had small roles in the 2016 movie Broken Soldier and in “La vida detras de la puerta,” “Hot Potato,” the video game “Igor” and “Cat City.”
She appeared in those roles with the name Jessica Michaels.
Donald Trump Campaig
In August of 2016, she joined the Donald Trump campaign as a national phone bank administrator.
In order to to be employed, she was contingent on signing the NDA, which covers anything related to Mr. Trump, his family, his personal life or his business affairs.
Lawsuit
In November 2017, she sued the campaign for employment discrimination and defamation.
Denson claims she was discriminated against, harassed, and subject to a hostile work environment at the Trump campaign, especially after she was promoted to Hispanic engagement director soon after she was originally hired.
The NDA requires disputes to be settled in arbitration, so she is moving to have the NDA invalidated.
In her original lawsuit, Denson claimed the campaign accused her of illegally leaking portions of Mr. Trump's taxes.
She also claims Steve Bannon, a top adviser to the president-elect, offered her a job in the transition which did not materialize.
Denson is representing herself in both the original lawsuit and the lawsuit to invalidate the NDA.
