Death

On April 7, 2017, Jeffrey was found dead from a gunshot wound in a wooded area southeast of a shooting that took place at a Payne-Phalen, St. Paul, Minnesota apartment. Olivia McIntosh, her sister Maria McIntosh, and their father Wade McIntosh were killed in that shooting. [3]

Immediately after the shooting, authorities began a frantic search for one of the victims’ daughter — an 18-month-old girl.

Police found the toddler safe and arrested, Jeffrey Arkis Taylor who was hiding with her in a shed not far from the apartment. [3]

Police are investigating the circumstances of Jeffrey's death.

[3]His younger brother Jeffrey Arkis Taylor was booked was booked into the Ramsey County jail on suspicion of kidnapping, and aiding and abetting murder and attempted murder. [3]
