Career
Wilhelm is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Entertainment, a full-service management company and talent incubator.
He was previously the Director of the Studio 71 Gaming Department which consists of over 100+ Gaming creators, generating over 450M+ monthly views and 70M+ subscribers. Partner with YouTube/Twitch.tv influencers, streamers, channels, and esports teams for external opportunities such as brokering live streaming deals, creating shows, develop merchandise campaigns, etc. Securing brand deals, sponsorships, and help develop overall business strategy for the gaming department. In 2018, Wilhelm worked with the Sacramento Kings as an Esports Specialist where he managed the day-to-day operations of the team. He also worked closely with partners to develop marketing plans across digital and traditional media. Wilhelm build the Kings overall Esports strategy, and vision.

Wilhelm compiles gameplay highlights on his YouTube channel, The General, which has over 143,000 subscribers as of August 2019. Wilhelm first became well known for his skill at games in the Call of Duty franchise including Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops III. He started creating YouTube videos in 2012. His content has been featured on channels with millions of subscribers. He utilized SEO to help grow his YouTube channels and influencer campaigns. He also hosted and created the The Call of Duty Showdown which was a large scale community charity event. He has worked with several YouTube teams such as The Obey Alliance and RedReserve. [9] [14]
