Death
On January 18 around 3 pm, Jasmine was walking with her skateboard near when a vehicle fatally struck her.
She was airlifted to a local area hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police are investigating the incident.
On January 20th, Jasmine's high school plans to wear black in her honor.
