Death
During the evening of December 11th, 2016, Francois was sitting in a car with 28-year-old Oliver Portieles when are gunman pulled up to their car to perform a Drive by, leaving both of them dead. The suspect then drove off, hitting a mailbox and two cars. The incident happened near NW 38 th Avenue and 206 th Street in Miami Gardens. [1]
