Personal Life
Nelson was born and raised in the state of California.

His mother has stated that Nelson suffers from multiple mental health issues, including paranoid schizophrenia.

Nelson has been charged with crimes ranging from felony attempted robbery, burglary and larceny to misdemeanor drug possession, and other offenses, over the past decade.
Arrest and Third Degree Burns

On June 23rd, 2017, while Nelson drove down Auburn Boulevard under the influence of a controlled substance he crashed into the back of another vehicle.
Pressured as to how to handle the crash, Nelson took out his cell phone, made a call, and started running away from the incident.
As he ran, he weaved in and out of on-coming traffic.
He was almost hit by several cars.
Once he fled the scene, Nelson ran inside of a KFC and jumped on top of the counter.
While there, he tried to fight with the manager of the locale.
At the KFC, he tried to steal someone's wallet and that is when 911 calls were being made.
When Citrus Police Arrived, he behaved eccentrically.
He ran out of the KFC restaurant and was apprehended outside in the parking lot.
He was held down shirtless to a burning asphalt of 170 Fahrenheit.
He was pressed down or at least 5 minutes.
Third Degree Burns
Nelson received third degrees to his torso, face and buttocks.
He was taken to UC Davis Medical Center burn unit, near death with severe wounds on the upper half of his body.
[1]Nelson had to undergo skin graft surgeries and treatment for liver and kidney failure related to his injuries, according to the claim.
Incarceration
Nelson is currently in custody at the Sacramento County jail, charged with larceny and drug offenses, according to court records.
Lawsuit
On February, 2018, Nelson has filed a claim with the city of Citrus Heights for more than $26 million in compensation.
He has accumulated more than $1.8 million in medical bills.
