Jacob Anderson hails from Garland, Texas. He attended Baylor University until the spring semester of his junior before getting expelled.
Sexual Assault
On February 21, 2016, a fraternity party took place at Baylor University's Phi Delta Theta frat house. Jacob Anderson was at the party with a woman. She was offered a drink that made her feel ill and claimed that, after Anderson took her outside for fresh air, he sexually assaulted her.
In March 2016, Anderson was arrested and released on $50, 000 bail.
He was eventually indicted on four counts of sexual assault.
On December 10, 2018, Judge Ralph Strother ruled that Anderson would serve three years of probation and will not be required to register as a sex offender.
