J. Ibeh Agbanyim

Julio Ibeh Agbanyim is an American bestselling author, public speaker, organizational psychology consultant and a Harvard Kennedy School-trained leadership development practitioner.[1] He is the founder and president of a management consulting firm named Focused Vision Consulting, LLC.[2][3][4][5][6]

Education

He has received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He completed his master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. After his master’s degree, he then completed his Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at Grand Canyon University.[7][8][9]

He has also received Master Class Executive Education in Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education and Executive Education in Applied Neuroscience from MIT Sloan School of Management.

He is also the co-founder of Project Humanities at Arizona State University (ASU).[10]

Career

He has been associated with logistics for two decades.[1] He has been a senior logistics associate at UPS for over twenty years.

As an organizational psychology consultant, He works with organizations and individuals on how to live a life of impact by applying the Five Principles of Collaboration.[11]

He has been sharing his experience and knowledge with others through public speaking.

As a public speaker, He has participated in speaking engagements both nationally and internationally (UAE, Europe, Canada, and Africa) and has been featured on several podcasts and news media.

He has shared the stage with significant figures like Mayor of Tempe, Mark Mitchell, and former Congressman Harry Mitchell, during Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards event at Tempe Community Council.

He was an invited guest at Arizona State University W. P Carey School of Business’s 2015 Spirit of Enterprise Awards.[11] He has appeared as a guest speaker and presenter for different institutions and organizations including the International Conference for Interdisciplinary Research Studies, FBN Insurance and American Society for Quality in Orlando, Florida.[12]

Agbanyim worked with Aikon International Inc. from July 1998 till August 2001.[7]

Agbanyim was invited as a speaker to the University of Ghana College of Humanities, 2016 School of Social Science International Conference.[13]

Agbanyim is working with a film director in turning his books into a Hollywood documentary to be released in 2020.[14]

Agbanyim has also published numerous articles on reputable platforms including Forbes and Legend Men's Magazine.[22][23][24] Phoenix Public Library has added Agbanyim's books to their library.[25] Alumni of University of Phoenix.[26] His work is also referenced by the University of North Texas (UNT),[27] International Journal of Social Sciences and Management[28] and U.S. National Library of Medicine.[29]

Affiliation

Agbanyim is a graduate affiliate of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology,[30] Association for Talent Development, International Leadership Association, Adaptive Leadership Network, amongst others.[31] Agbanyim is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and also affiliated with PSI CHI, The International Honor Society of Psychology.

Recognition

Agbanyim is a distinguished award recipient from the department of psychology for his exemplary leadership and significant contribution to academic excellence at the University of Ibadan[12] and UPS Appreciation of Dedicated Collaboration for Over Twenty Years. Received Certificate of Chair for chairing a session at the International Conference on Education and Social Sciences held in Dubai, UAE.

Personal Life

Agbanyim is a resident of Mesa, Arizona.[31] When he’s not working, Agbanyim spends time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities.[32]
