Information about YouTube Shooting

On Monday, April 2, 2018, Ismail Agdham called the police warning them that his daughter, Nasim, might be heading to YouTube's headquarters because she 'hated' the company.

[1]It was reported that Nasim believed YouTube was biased towards her, saying that her videos were purposely getting demonetized on the platform and that she was not getting the amount of views that she used to receive.


*Mercury News * reported that, after Nasim Aghdam's father warned police that his daughter had gone missing and was angry at YouTube, the police found her sleeping in her car.

She had also recently recorded a video ranting that YouTube was discriminating against her.



Ismail is the owner of an electric company called Stars Electric; the company operates under the name "Aghdam, Ismail" as well.

The business specializes in water features, mobile homes, and landscape lighting.
