On October 28, 2019, You was indicted on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in connection with Alexander Urtula's suicide. Alexander Urtula jumped to his death from the top of the Renaissance Parking Garage in Roxbury on May 20, 2019, approximately 90 minutes before he was scheduled to graduate from Boston College. [2]

She is accused of being physically, verbally and psychologically abusive toward Alexander Urtula during the course of their 18-month relationship.
