Heather Meadows was a 29 year old woman from West Virginia who paid for a Brazilian Butt Lift in May 2016.
During the procedure some of the fat entered into the blood stream and clogged her arteries.
Meadows passed away because of these complications.
Heather passed away on May 13, 2016 and Facebook became filled with pictures in her memory.
