Harley Branham was manager of a Missouri Dairy Queen. ^[1]She is from Dixon, Missouri, located about 100 miles south of Fayette.

Harley is married to Michael Branham.

Branham studied music education at Central Methodist University. There, she was part of the school’s marching band.

In January 2017, one of Branham's employees, 17 year old Kenneth Suttner, committed suicide after a range of abuse from Branham, including throwing a cheeseburger at him and making him clean the floors with his hands. Branham denies wrongdoing, having said, “there’s a lot of people at Dairy Queen saying I was the reason he killed himself but I don’t understand why it would be that way.”

Branham was remorseful publicly about Suttner's suicide, posting a photo of him on her Facebook with the caption "can't believe you're gone." ^[2]She faces 7 years in prison. ^[1]
