The teen saw her rival's success as her own failure because Danielle Bregoli's manager, music entrepreneur Adam Kluger, had once advised Hannah on her own singing career.

According to Leonard seeing Kluger posed up smiling next to Bregoli 'pushed her overboard' and blighted Hannah's final weeks.
