Mr. Dallas recently retired as Senior Vice President of Quality, Operations and IT at Medtronic, Inc., a global medical technology company that employs approximately 45,000 people and does business in more than 120 countries, where he was a member of Medtronic’s executive management team.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Quality, Operations and IT, Mr. Dallas had responsibility for executing cross-business initiatives that fuel top-line growth and drive bottom-line profitability.

In 2012 Mr. Dallas was recognized as one of the 100 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America by Black Enterprise magazine.

Mr. Dallas also previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Medtronic.

Prior to joining Medtronic in 2006, Mr. Dallas was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a maker of forest products.

At Georgia Pacific, Mr. Dallas held a series of progressively more responsible information technology and operating roles.
