Gyulchekhra Bobokulova

Gyulchekhra Bobokulova is a nanny living in Moscow who hails from Uzbekistan.

In February 2016, she murdered the 4 year old child she was caring for, severed her head, and displayed the head outside of the Moscow metro.

The incident is caught on camera.

Gyulchekhra can be heard screaming "Allahu Akbar" and says "I am not a terrorist, I am death!"^[1]

Gyulchekhra also set fire to the child's family's apartment, where her body remained.

In court, Gyulchekhra said Allah had ordered the child be beheaded.
