Criminal Record

In February 2019, Casale pleaded guilty to disobeying a federal grand jury subpoena during the public-corruption investigation of the Port of Los Angeles' former police chief. Casale admitted that he failed to turn over an email in response to the subpoena seeking information about his business dealings with the former port police chief, Ronald Boyd. [undefined]

Casale was also suspended from practicing law for one year.

Casale is married to Stephanie Casale, a fellow attorney and Pepperdine School of Law graduate. They have 3 children, Olivia and twins Kayla Casale and Siena Casale.
