Georgie Cutright is a homeless man who has embarked on a sledding trek with two Siberian Huskies from Knoxville, Tennessee to Venice, California.
Background

Georgie was born and raised in Mattoon, Illinois. He attended Mattoon High School.
He currently lives out of his van with his two dogs in Knoxville, Tennessee.
He owns two Huskies: Sarah and Lobos.
He found Sarah through Craigslist from a woman who was going to move and couldn't take the dog with her. He then acquired Lobos from the Venice Police Department after his owner was arrested.
Armed Robbery
When he was 18 years old, he received a felony conviction for armed robbery.
Due to this experience, he's had a hard time finding a steady job once he completed his sentence.
Career
Georgie has worked for construction companies and as a freelance handyman for years in order to maintain himself and raise money.
He often works as a Carpenter and other related construction jobs.
Urban Dog Sled
Georgie has been planning a cross-country sledding trek with his dogs Sarah and Lobos.
He is going to sell his 1989
Chevrolet Mark III in order to fund his travel. For his expedition he will need: several pairs of boots to protect the huskies’ feet; an iPhone and a GoPro to live stream the journey to prove it was done “only on dog power”; and a bus ticket, a bike and a cart for a friend, Sean Butler, who will travel from Philadelphia to make the journey alongside him.
Authorities have stated the legal concerns of sledding through an interstate highway, which is forbidden.
He may have to stay on small roads and ensure that he maps out exactly which route he's going to take.
