Career
Gary Wendt was a senior executive of GE Capital from 1975 to 1998, including serving as Chairman and Chief executive officer of GE Capital from 1986 to 1998 and as President and Chief executive officer of GE Credit Corporation from 1984 to 1986. He subsequently led the restructuring of Conseco as Chairman and Chief executive officer from 2000 to 2002.
After Gary C. Wendt retired from GE Capital, he became an Executive Managing partner of Global Opportunity Advisors (GOA). GOA provides Management to private Equity funds which will invest in Japan and other opportunistic International markets.
In addition, Gary presently serves as a Director of Sanchez Computer Associates; EXL and IXL Enterprises; and as an advisory director of Internet Capital Group.

Gary is a graduate of the University Of Wisconsin and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
