Attempted Rape
Yeager is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for rape.
Yeager spent months compiling a list of more than 200 real estate agents and their backgrounds with plans of luring a female real estate agent to a secluded model home and raping her.
Yeager confessed his plans to police, who found a diary in which Yeager wrote and drew about rape fantasies and said, "I truly enjoy the hunt and cannot wait for my prize."
Yeager appealed his conviction, claiming his attorney was ineffective in not challenging his confession to police in November 2012.
However, the appeals court upheld his conviction.
