Allegations
On May 10, 2016 Harrison and his son, Dereck James Harrison, kidnapped a mother and her four daughters and tied them up in a basement in their residence in Centerville, Utah.
Armed with a shotgun and a baseball bat, the father and son tied them up with duct tape and zip ties.
The men put a bag over the mother's head and beat her with the baseball bat.
The daughters were able to break free and subdue the men, escape the residence and call police.
Flint and his son escaped in a 2011 Silver Chevrolet Suburban with Wyoming plates AR83G.
Charges
A no-bail arrest warrant was issued for the Harrisons, charging them with five counts each of aggravated kidnapping, a first-degree felony.
Criminal History
Flint was charged in 1998 with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl at a party.
He was convicted and appealed.
He was sentenced to nine months in jail and placed on the Utah Sex Offender Registry for 10 years.
