2013 and 2014 she was designing eye-catching, creative promotional posters for different businesses, events and gatherings as a side-hobby. On
September 25, 2010 she created her Youtube channel and since 2012 has been a video journalist on Youtube, writing, directing, filming and producing all of her content independently. She has received endless messages from people of all diets, lifestyles and demographics who quit drinking cows milk or dairy after seeing it, and began exploring the vegan and plant-based alternatives. The video has also been the sole subject of 60 billboards across Los Angeles, California by the international animal protection organization In Defense of Animals calling for people to watch the video and go vegan. Erin’s other popular videos expose the egg industry, the wool industry, trophy hunting and the suffering of turkeys for Thanksgiving. Erin was named one of the top five influential vegan YouTube activists for 2019 by VOMAD.
