Erika Ebbel

Erika Ebbel Angle earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine in 2012.

Her research focused on the implementation of novel technologies in the discovery of biomarkers in Huntington Disease.

She is a 2004 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she majored in Chemistry and minored in music.

At MIT she was involved in virology, analytical chemistry, and molecular biology research.

She was awarded 3rd place at the 2000 MIT Biology Undergraduate Research Symposium and was invited to be one of the youngest poster presenters at the 48th American Society for Mass Spectrometry Conference in Long Beach, CA in June of 2000.

In 2003 she was nominated as a recipient of the United States Achievement Academy National Sciences Award, and has been inducted into two honor societies at MIT.
