I am the author of The Intelligent Option Investor: Applying Value Investing to the World of Options" (2014, McGraw-Hill), the founder of IOI, LLC, and the Director of Research for YCharts, an innovative provider of financial and stock market data for individual and institutional investors.

Before founding IOI, LLC, I served as the Market Strategist at Morningstar, where I was a popular speaker at investment forums, broker-sponsored educational events, and at investment club meetings across the U.S. I also appeared on national television, syndicated radio programs, and provided interviews to the written press, while doing a series of well-received video tutorials and interviews regarding option investing, behavioral finance, value investing, and macroeconomic topics.
