Mr. Eric Louis Zinterhofer is a Co-Founder and Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners and Searchlight Capital L.P.

Mr. Zinterhofer serves as a Principal of Apollo Advisors.

Previously, he was a Senior Partner and Co-Head of Media and Telecom at Apollo Global Management, LLC(Apollo Management, L.P.).

He was with Apollo Global Management since 1998 and managed telecom investments.

Mr. Zinterhofer was co-head of the media and telecommunications investment platform at Apollo Management, L.P.

He was a leader in Apollo’s private equity/distressed debt-for-control effort and was involved in the initial hiring and building of its commodities investing platform.

He played a key role at Apollo in initiating/leading investments in a range of cable, satellite, and wireless providers and operators in North America, Europe and India.

From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Zinterhofer served as a Member of the Corporate Finance Department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. From 1993 to 1994, he was a Member of the Structured Equity Group at J.P.

Morgan Investment Management.

He has been Chairman of CCO Holdings LLC since December 2009 and Director since November 2009.

He has been the Chairman of Charter Communications Inc., since December 2009.

He serves as Chairman of CCO Holdings Capital Corp. Mr. Zinterhofer served as the Chairman of Unitymedia SA (Unitymedia GmbH) since 2005.

He has been Director of COO Holdings Capital Corp. since December 2009.

He has been Director of Charter Communications Inc since November 30, 2009.

He serves as a Director of Integra Telecom, Inc. He serves as a Director at iPCS Wireless, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Dish TV India Ltd.

since October 22, 2007 and served as its Additional Non Executive Independent Director from October 22, 2007 to July 28, 2008.

He served as a Non Executive Director of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd.

from April 2004 to July 18, 2013.

He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Unitymedia SA from 2003 to June 25, 2005 and also served as its Director.

He served as a Director of iPCS, Inc. since November 2006, Affinion Loyalty Group, Inc. since October 2005, Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. since October 17, 2005 and Affinion Group, Inc. from October 2005 to May 2010.

Mr. Zinterhofer served as a Director of Horizon PCS Inc. since November 2001.

Previously, he served as a Member of Repository Advisory Board from 2003 to 2005.

He serves as a Director of The Harvard Business School Club of Greater New York, Inc. Mr. Zinterhofer received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a dual B.A. degree in Economics and European History, with honors and cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
