Elise Ecklund is an American YouTuber known for her cover of Pop songs on her Ukulele, and for the song she wrote using the hate comments she has received on her videos. In early August, 2018, after several of her videos have garnered millions of views, she got the attention of Will Smith who shared on his Instagram a clip of the video from the song she made using hate comments from her viewers.

She is also a marketing professional at Amazon.

Ecklund was born in the state of Kansas and for some time lived in the city of Wichita. She and her family would then move to Oklahoma, a state where they have lived ever since. She grew up in the city of Bartlesville.

After High School, she attended John Brown University to study Marketing. She would then transfer to Southern New Hampshire University where she would Graduate in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in marketing.

During college, she was a volunteer for several organizations which include: Sharing One Love and Compassion International.

During college she worked several jobs including a Customer Service Specialist at JC Penney.

She is now an affiliate Marketing Asociate at Amazon.

While in college, she began to experiment with writing songs using the ukulele and would soon began to cover famous songs and Pop songs making the airwaves. She decided to video record herself and sharing it on her YouTube page.

Using her skills as a marketer, she established a successful channel that has accumulated hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

She currently has 524,271.

After releasing numerous videos that have gone viral, she has accumulated more than 35,689,485 views.

On August 6th, 2018, famous actor Will Smith, who has more than 20 million followers on his instagram, shared a clip of the video in which Ecklund plays her song using hate comments from viewers she has received.

The video has been video more than 1 million times in the first day of his share.

Ecklund lives with her family in Oklahoma though she does travel to California often.
