"News is a teamwork. It often happens that one channel has a "picture", but the other does not. As it turns out, one correspondent gets to be closer to the place of an event than others. Not always for nothing, but the "picture" is shared out. We share it with the Channel One, the Channel One shares it with us. Russian television is shared out very often because there are many correspondent points in Russia.
As for the news itself, some channels, give out old news for news, when it is already not new. The main principle of giving news is to make it new.
Sometimes the event that happened yesterday, say, in the evening, is broadcasted next day at 3 PM. At NTV this is impossible."
