Returning to A&E’s flagship network in March was an amazing experience for Bryant, as was her previous job at sister network History, where she launched “Gangland Undercover,” a fact-based series in February.

“The series plays like a drama, and has truly resonated with viewers.

I think we’re going to start seeing more of this type of series from History as well as our competitors,” says Bryant, who credits her father for teaching her an important lesson: Don’t be afraid to try.

“If you do fail, you can learn more from your failures than your successes,” she says.
