Edvania Nayara is a 23-year-old Police officer from Três Corações.

On December 17th, Nayara attempted to stop a domestic violence incident between Felipe Neder and his wife. When Neder was confronted by Nayara, he proceeded to slap her to the ground and kick her in the face. Several bystanders intervened to prevent Neder from further assaulting Nayara. He was arrested and charged with assault. ^[5]

After the situation ended, Nayara took to Facebook to share what had happened to her. She stated that she was just doing her job and requested that people share her story. ^[6]
