In 2012 Dylan became the Founder of Rightside, a non-profit education company supporting youth arts by showcasing children's creative talents.

From 2013 and until now, he has been the Founding Partner of Wefunder. In 2018 Dylan became the Founding Partner of XX, a venture fund comprised of 38 founders who’ve built startups worth $3.9 billion.[undefined]
