Dylan Francisco was a 15-year-old teenager from Springfield, MA. Dylan was homeless living in scattered-site housing.
He enrolled in Chicopee Comprehensive High School in the fall of 2015 and was a high performing student.
Dylan was well liked and had a healthy social life.
Death
On July 16, 2016, Dylan and two friends were going to hang out at a friend's house and mistakenly knocked on the wrong home in Chicopee, MA. Then, Jeffery Lovell shot Dylan who died a short while after. [1]
