Draylen Mason was a student residing in Austin, Texas. [1]
Personal Life & Education
Mason was a senior at East Austin College Prep where he participated in many musical programs.
He had been accepted to a highly competitive program at the University of Texas’ Butler School of Music.
Death
On Monday March 12, 2018, Mason was killed when a package exploded in the kitchen of his home as it was being opened.
His mother was also injured and is in stable condition.
