Dr. Steve Kiser is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served in a variety of academic, intelligence, policy and executive positions.

Following his graduation from the US Air Force Academy in 1990, Steve started his military career in a variety of assignments and deployments in areas to include Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Israel, Korea, Panama, Turkey and a variety of other areas.

He has served as an intelligence officer focusing on North Korea, Iraq, counter-terrorism, and space technology.

His academic career included an MA in the politics of Asia from the University of Hawai\'i, where he studied future scenarios for the Korean peninsula.

He earned a PhD in policy analysis from the RAND Corporation, and authored a dissertation on terrorist threat financing.
