Dom Hofmann (born September 27, 1986) [6] is an entrepreneur.

He is best known for being one of the co-founders of Vine.

Career

In June 2012, Hofmann founded Vine with Rus Yusupov andColin Kroll.

In January 2014, Hofmann stepped down from his CEO role.

On November 30, 2017, Hofmann announced on Twitter that he’s working on “a follow-up to Vine.”

The tweet has since been deleted.

On November 8, 2018, Hofmann announced that Vine's successor,Byte (app), will launch in the spring of 2019.
