Dexter Manawat is a resident of a Las Vegas, Nevada Suburb. He is known for video recording his next door neighbor spewing Racism towards him after an argument ensued over some leaves being on her yard.

On January 2, 2016, Dexter and his neighbor got into an argument over his leaves having to land on her yard. The two have had quarrels for years as neighbors, but for Dexter, on this day, she crossed the line. Dexter prepared his phone and recorded her racist rant as she got out her broom and started hurling anti-Filipino slurs at him. She said the following: "from some piece of s***, Manila-a**, f** ghetto living under a tarp piece of s land... like orange savages".

Dexter proceeded to share the video on his YouTube and Facebook accounts gathering thousands of views. Many of his friends in the Filipino community were offended.

The woman was afraid to retaliate after the video went viral, and was in tears when she sincerely apologized.

She says the rant came at a moment of frustration and weakness.

She has come out and said: "I stooped to the lowest possible denominator to hurt someone because I was angry".

She says her anger wasn't directed at the Filipino Community but toward her neighbor.
