Devon Arthurs is a former Neo Nazi and White supremacist 18 year-old resident of the city of Tampa, Florida known for being a newly converted Muslim. He shot his two White Supremacist roommates in order to bring attention to the racism and discrimination by the west. ^[1]

Devon lived in a Tampa Palms apartment complex near the town of Hamptons with three friends.

He was a part of the Neo Nazi group, Atomwaffen. Devon was a believer of the white supremacy ideology and later altered his views after taking the time to learn about the religion of Islam. He became a practicing Muslim.

After becoming involved with the white supremacist group, Attomwaffen, he discovered a part of himself that believes in the word of Islam and began practicing the religion. Two of his roommates, Jeremy Himmelman and Andrew Oneschuk, began to tease and make fun of Devon for his new found belief.

Devon decided to shoot his roommates because they disrespected his faith in Islam. Devon then walked over to a Green Planet Smoke Shop and held the people inside the locale hostage. He yelled at them to get down and constantly referred to "Allah". He held the people hostage and the police eventually convinced him to surrender.

When the police searched through the apartment they found enough substances to make explosives and a bomb.

His roommate, Brandon Russell, having just come back from duty with the National Guard, was arrested for being the one responsible for having the parts to build an explosion.
