Devlin Barrett is an American journalist based in Washington, D.C. He is a reporter at The Washington Post, covering National security and law enforcement. ^[1]

Barrett graduated from McGill University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in political science and history.

Prior to joining The Washington Post in March 2017, he was a reporter at The Wall Street Journal. He began his career in journalism as a copy boy at the New York Post.
