Dealio was charged with murder in March 2016 because his street racing on the 5 freeway caused 3 deaths.

18-year-old Brian Lewandowski and 19-year-old Michelle Littlefield, along with UPS truck driver, 52-year-old Scott Treadway, were killed.

Dealio plead not guilty to 2nd degree murder and reckless driving.

Scores of people have written letters to the judge on his behalf; however, the Judge Upinder Kalra said: "Good people do bad things, and there are consequences,".
