Activism
McAllister is a pro-life or anti-abortion speaker.
She became pro-life after almost having an abortion in 1999.
At the time, McAllister was separated from her husband, going through tough times financially, and was pregnant by another man with her third child.
McAllister contemplated aborting her daughter and even went to an abortion clinic, however at the clinic she felt it would be like killing her own child.
In 2014, McAllister wrote an article about how grateful she is that she had her daughter.
McAllister wrote a subsequent article where she discussed how she was able to raise her child with the help of her community and church.

McAllister tweeted: [6]
*At the root of [abortion] hysteria is women’s unhinged desire for irresponsible sex.
Sex is their god.
Abortion is their sacrament.
It’s abhorrent as women have flung themselves from the heights of being the world’s civilizing force to the muck and mire of dehumanizing depravity.*
McAllister told PJ Media in the aftermath of the tweet she received death and rape threats, over multiple forms of private communication.
