Bell is married and has two children, a 20-year-old son and a teen daughter.

On Saturday January 12, 2019, Bell was arrested at about 7:00 p.m. local time after allegedly assaulting a child. The incident at occurred at 3 S. Tunnel Road was caught on video which later went viral on social media. [-1]
In the video, Bel is seen pushing and then later punching a girl to the ground.
He is charged with assault on a female under the age of 12 and two counts of assault on a female.
