Life and Interests
Fensch is born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan a nd attended Rochester Adams High School. He went on to attend Saginaw Valley State University where he studied business. Fensch considers 80s rock to be the best genre of music and his favorite band from that era is Kiss. [1] According to his Twitter account @VegasDave69, Fensch is a fan of the New England Patriots and Kendra Lust.
Incident of Vehicular Homicide
On the morning of February 9, 2017, around 6:30 am, Fensch failed to stop his Chevy Trailblazer and collided with a Honda Accord that was stopped at a traffic signal and was being driven by 16-year-old Jaelan Fajardo. The incident happened at the intersection of North Durango Drive and Farm Road in Las Vegas. Two of them were sent to the hospital where Fajardo died from his injuries while Fensch's injuries were non-life threatening.
After leaving the hospital, Fensch was later booked Thursday afternoon into the Clark County Detention Center and charged with felony vehicular homicide, no valid driver's license and failure to decrease speed and use of due care.
Police believe that alcohol and excessive speed were factors in the crash.
Fensch has a history of prior convictions, including a second DUI offense in 2001.
