The victim, Bianca Nikol Roberson
On the afternoon of June 28, 2017, around 5:30 pm, Desper was driving a red pickup truck in West Goshen, PA and was merging into the same lane as recent high school graduate Bianca Nikol Roberson. [undefined] In a fit of road rage, Desper pulled out his gun and shot Bianca in the head, killing her and causing her to swerve off the highway and hit a tree. [undefined] Minutes before the shooting, highway cameras reveal that Bianca and Desper were involved in an altercation. [undefined] Desper then fled towards Paoli Pike and was in hiding for several days after. [undefined]
An extensive search was underway in the region to search for Bianca's killer in for several days after the incident.
[undefined] On July 2nd at 2:00 am, Desper turned himself into the authorities.
[undefined] He has been charged with third-degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and reckless endangerment.
